Questions

Do I need to sign up?

No. You choose, you pay, and your eSIM is delivered within 10 minutes. There is no account and nothing to register.

What is the difference between a data eSIM and a phone-number eSIM?

A data eSIM gives you mobile internet only, with no phone number: messaging apps, maps, email and app calls work, normal calls and texts do not. A phone-number eSIM also gives you a real mobile number from the carrier (not a virtual number) with the calls, texts and data listed on the plan, for the days shown.

When do I get the phone number, and can I keep it?

The number is assigned when the eSIM is installed and first connects, and shows on your phone. It lasts for the plan's days. Some plans can be topped up to keep the same number; others end with the plan. Install within 60 days of buying and keep the eSIM on your phone: a deleted eSIM cannot be reissued.

Will a phone number work when I travel?

Only the worldwide phone-number plan works across countries: one US +1 number in 160+ countries, the same number in each. Country plans, such as the US phone plans, work only inside that country and must be switched on there. A data eSIM has no number, so it cannot receive calls or texts anywhere.

Can I use it to receive verification codes?

A phone-number eSIM receives texts on its own number while the plan is active, within its text allowance, and codes often arrive. We cannot promise it: many banks, payment apps and government services do not send codes to numbers used abroad. We do not sell one-time verification numbers.

Which devices work?

Most phones from 2019 onward that support eSIM, plus some tablets and laptops. Your phone must be unlocked. To check, look for Add eSIM in your mobile or SIM settings, or dial *#06# and look for an EID number.

Do I need data with my number?

No. Every phone-number plan already includes mobile data, shown on the plan. If you need more, buy a separate data eSIM for the same country; it sits next to your number on the same phone.

Can I add data to an eSIM I bought elsewhere?

No. Our data plans are new data eSIMs, not extra data for an eSIM from another company. You can still use one alongside it: most phones hold several eSIMs, and you choose which one uses data in your settings.
